This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit inspreebrands.com and use our services. Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, apply to our creator network, subscribe to updates, register for an account, or engage us for services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing or shipping address, username and password, social media handles and profile information, professional information such as company name and job title, payment and billing information, and any other information you choose to provide.
When you access our services we automatically collect device information such as device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and browser type; IP address and general location derived from it; usage data including pages visited, time on page, links clicked, and referring source; and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We may receive information about you from social media platforms when you connect your accounts or participate in a campaign, from business partners and affiliates, from creator discovery and analytics tools, and from publicly available sources.
We maintain a network of content creators. For creators, we may collect and hold: publicly available profile information such as handle, biography, follower count, audience demographics, engagement rates, and content samples; contact details including email and phone number; shipping address, and where relevant sizing or product preferences, for the purpose of sending gifted product; tax and payment information necessary to compensate you; and a record of campaigns you have participated in, content delivered, and performance results.
We use this information to match creators with relevant brand opportunities, administer campaigns, ship product, process payment, and report results to clients. Campaign performance data and delivered content may be shared with the client for whom the campaign was run, and may be used in our portfolio and case studies as described in our Terms of Service.
If you are in our creator network and wish to update your information, stop receiving campaign opportunities, or have your record removed, contact privacy@inspreebrands.com and we will action the request.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; create and manage your account; process transactions and send related information; connect creators with brands and administer campaigns; ship product and fulfill campaign logistics; send marketing and promotional communications where you have consented or as otherwise permitted; respond to your comments, questions, and requests; monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity; detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Service.
With clients. Where you participate in a campaign, we share the information necessary to run and report on that campaign with the brand client, including your handle, delivered content, and campaign performance data.
With other users. Profile information and content you post may be visible to other users of our platform, including creators and brands seeking partnership opportunities.
With service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, data analysis, email delivery, hosting, scheduling, and customer service. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform those services.
For business transfers. We may share or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy.
For legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests such as subpoenas or court orders, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of In/Spree Brands, our users, or the public.
With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. We use both session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain until deleted.
We use third-party analytics providers to measure site traffic and performance. These providers set their own cookies and receive information about your visit, including IP address and pages viewed. We may also use advertising and social media pixels that allow us to measure campaign performance and show you relevant advertising on other platforms. Under some privacy laws, this kind of cross-context behavioral advertising is treated as "sharing" personal information, even where no money changes hands.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most analytics and advertising providers offer their own opt-out mechanisms. Disabling cookies may limit some site functionality. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. If we use advertising or social media pixels that constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you may opt out at any time by emailing privacy@inspreebrands.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," or by enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control in your browser.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted administrative access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a breach of security that compromises your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authorities where required by applicable law, without undue delay and within the timeframes those laws prescribe.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, or reporting requirements. Campaign records and content are generally retained for the duration of the relationship and for a period afterward consistent with the applicable contract and statutory limitation periods. Creator network records are retained until you ask us to remove them or until the record becomes inactive. Marketing contact records are retained until you unsubscribe.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access and receive a copy of your personal information; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@inspreebrands.com. We will verify your request and respond within the period required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
You may opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in any message or by contacting us directly. If you have opted in to text messages, reply STOP to opt out. Even after opting out of marketing, we may still send transactional or administrative messages relating to your account, application, or an active campaign.
Our site contains links to third-party websites and may embed content hosted by third parties, such as video players and scheduling tools. Those providers may collect information about you when the embedded content loads. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
Our services are directed to individuals aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where a creator under 18 participates in a campaign, we collect only the information necessary to administer that campaign and require the involvement and written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe we have collected information from a child in a manner inconsistent with this policy, contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share; to request deletion of your personal information; to correct inaccurate personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the rights described in Section 10, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to deliver services or administer a campaign you are party to; consent, where you have opted in, for example to marketing communications and non-essential cookies; legitimate interests, including operating and securing our services, understanding how our site is used, and marketing our services to businesses, balanced against your rights; and legal obligation, where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy here and updating the Effective Date above. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
